Design Review Process
- Preliminary utilities design routed for review
- Utilities Department design review meeting
- Marked utilities plans/report and review comments to applicant's contact person (cc: Development Services project manager)
- Revised plans/report received
- Repeat revision (if needed) until satisfactory
- Preconstruction letter sent to applicant
- Final sewer design routed to King County/METRO for required approvals
- Revised utilities design deemed final
