SWF Annual Lease Fee
Annual lease fee is based on the FCC Declaratory Ruling (FCC 18-133), initial base rate of $270 for 2018 and 2019. Base amount to be increased on Jan. 1 of each calendar year after 2019 by the average CPI Increase for the past 5 years. Refer to your Master License Agreement (MLA) and Site License Addendum (SLA) for additional information.
- Fee applies to each SWF on city owned poles.
- The SWF Annual Lease Fee for 2025 is $338.13.
SWF City Pole Reservation Fee
City Poles Reservations are for 180 days. The reservation fee is derived from the current year SWF Annual Lease Fee divided by 365 days and totaled for 180 days of pole reservations.
- Fee applies to city owned poles only (City only provides reservation for City owned poles).
- The SWF City Pole Reservation Fee for 2025 (180 days) is $166.75.
SWF City Facilities Power Access Fee
City Facility Power Access Fee, base rate for 2022 was $1,000.00. Base rate amount to increase of Jan. 1 of each calendar year after 2022 by the average CPI Increase for the prior 5 years. Refer to your Circuit Access Agreement (CAA) and your Master License Agreement (MLA) for additional information on the city's facilities power connection fee for each connection.
- Power access fee only applies to SWF on city owned poles where power is pulled from a city circuit.
- The SWF City Facilities Power Access for 2025 is $1,151.77.
