Through Jubilee in the Community (formerly the Day of Caring and Sharing), Jubilee REACH and the City of Bellevue coordinate a team of volunteers each year to help homeowners in need with yard maintenance and/or outside home improvement needs. Large projects are encouraged.
2024 Application Period Open
The application period for 2024 projects is now open. Through September, many houses will receive free outside home improvements through Jubilee in the Community. We encourage anyone in need, including those facing economic or other life challenges, to apply. The ideal candidates are long-time residents, on fixed or low incomes, elderly or those with little other means of support.
To qualify, you must own and occupy your home in Bellevue. While this program is free to Bellevue residents, some projects require homeowners to assist with minimal material costs.
A selection panel representing Jubilee REACH will determine which applicants qualify. If you applied last year but did not receive help, please try again.
