A Public Meeting will be held for the Design Review Permit for proposed improvements at the Sambica Activity Center. The proposal includes constructing a new Activities Building (6,000 SF) to replace the existing Tabernacle Building (5,000 SF) in Phase 1 and constructing new staff housing (1,200 SF main level, 1,200 SF basement) in Phase 2. The purpose of the Public Meeting is to inform citizens about the proposal and to receive public comment. A Notice of Application for the Design Review and Master Development Plan (19-106707-LP) permits was previously issued on March 28, 2019.
Approvals Required: Design Review approval, Master Development Plan approval, and ancillary permits and approvals.
