Description
Bellevue has launched Downtown Livability 2.0, an update to the Downtown land use code originally adopted in 2017. As Downtown continues to grow, this effort will evaluate how the current code is working, identify areas for improvement and ensure our regulations continue to support a vibrant, welcoming and livable urban core. Join city staff to learn about the proposed land use code amendment (LUCA), what updates are being considered and how the community can stay involved.
