Bellevue community members are invited to attend a virtual community meeting Thursday, June 11, 6-7 p.m., for a presentation on Bellevue Utilities’ proposed 2027-2028 budget and rates, the many factors that drive local utility rates and how these rates are reflected in customer bills.
The discussion will also include information about Bellevue Utilities billing assistance programs to help eligible community members offset some of their utility costs.
Topics will include:
- Proposed utility budget and rate updates
- Infrastructure and capital improvement projects
- Financial planning and affordability considerations
- Customer assistance resources
- Opportunities for questions and feedback
Community members are encouraged to join the meeting (link at meeting page), which is an opportunity to connect with staff and ask questions before Utilities presents its proposed budget and rates to the City Council for review and consideration for adoption in November.
