Utility services are an essential part of life in Bellevue. Whether you are filling a glass of water or cup of coffee, disposing of the dirty water from your washing machine or dishwasher, watching rain flow down the street or recycling right, Bellevue Utilities is working behind the scenes to manage and deliver these services to the community every day.
Complete survey by April 30
Now Bellevue Utilities customers have an opportunity to share feedback about these services through a three-minute online survey. The survey will be open through Thursday, April 30.
“This is a valuable opportunity for our community to tell us what we are doing well and where we can improve,” said Utilities Director Lucy Liu. “We rely on customer feedback to help guide our priorities, strengthen customer service and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our growing community.”
Community input will help inform future planning, service improvements and communications. Residents are encouraged to complete the survey and share their perspectives.
