The City of Bellevue has launched a new online utilities Customer Service Portal, providing community members with the ability to view water usage data in near-real time and detect potential water leaks.
Key features include:
- Improved Access: Bellevue Utilities customers can now access their utility account through a secure and user-friendly online portal.
- Usage Tracking: Customers can monitor water usage in near-real time and receive alerts for potential leaks or unusually high usage.
- Interactive Tools: The portal allows for direct messaging with customer service, online requests and access to helpful forms.
- Multiple User Registration: Households and property managers can register multiple users under the same account.
- Account Insights: Customers can view billing and payment history, as well as compare water usage across billing periods.
“This is a big step forward in providing transparent and accessible service to our customers,” Utilities Director Lucy Liu said. “The portal puts essential information at residents’ fingertips and offers tools to help them manage their water use and accounts more effectively.”
