A public hearing will be held on Bellevue Utilities’ proposed 2027-2028 operating budget, 2027-2032 capital budget and 2027-2028 utility rates.
During the hearing, Bellevue Utilities staff will provide information about investments needed to continue providing safe, reliable and essential drinking water, sewer, storm and surface water, and solid waste services to the community. Community members will have the opportunity to share comments.
Utilities’ proposed budget and rates reflect the city’s ongoing work to maintain and replace aging infrastructure, operate and maintain critical utility systems, plan for future needs and continue delivering reliable services to Utilities customers.
