The Trade Development Alliance and the City of Bellevue will host the third annual Global Partnerships reception to celebrate the many international connections in Bellevue and the Puget Sound area.
The event will be 5-6:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 2, at Puget Sound Energy headquarters downtown. Business leaders and others can network with leaders in the international business community and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and light refreshments.
Perhaps no part of the Puget Sound region is more diverse internationally than Bellevue. More than a third of Bellevue's population is foreign-born, and there are 70 languages spoken in the city. This diverse population creates a natural economic climate for international business, making Bellevue a fitting location for this reception.
Mayor Claudia Balducci and Planning & Community Development Director Chris Salomone will speak at the event. Admission is $35. registration and details .
