Virtual permit center appointments also available
Beginning Monday, July 19, the Bellevue Permit Center at City Hall will reopen for in-person services weekdays 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Development Services staff will continue to provide all services electronically, including accepting permit applications and plans.
Development Services is also offering virtual permit center meetings, to allow customers to schedule one-on-one time with permit technicians and plan reviewers for help with general permitting questions. At the virtual permit center, people can learn more and book an appointment.
The permitting process at Bellevue is completely paperless. For more information about permits, please visit Development Services. Customers can submit applications, upload plans and pay permit fees online at MyBuildingPermit.com.
