Cougar Mountain and Lakemont residents will have the opportunity to preview the Neighborhood Enhancement Program projects proposed for their NEP ballot on Sep. 7, 6-8 p.m., at the Lewis Creek Visitor Center (5808 Lakemont Blvd. SE).
Open house attendees can expect to learn more about the types and locations of the 137 project ideas that were submitted for consideration, as well as the process for project selection and development. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide comments on the proposed ballot projects, and speak with city staff regarding project-related questions and concerns.
In late September, residents of these two areas will be asked to select three projects to be funded by the $300,000 NEP allocation for Cougar Mountain/Lakemont.
