The City of Bellevue is gathering information from the community on human services needs in Bellevue. The data will be compiled in the 2025 Human Services Needs Update, which informs allocation of the city’s human services funding.
To ensure sufficient data is collected on current needs and that the full spectrum of diverse voices in Bellevue are represented, people who live and/or work in Bellevue from all backgrounds are encouraged to respond to an online survey (also available in hard copy) through April 30. Hard copies are at the following locations:
- City Hall, Service First Desk, 450 110th Ave. NE
- Crossroads Community Center, 16000 NE 10th St.
- Highland Community Center, 14224 NE Bel-Red Rd.
- North Bellevue Community Center, 4063 148th Ave. NE
- Northwest Arts Center, 9825 NE 24th St.
- South Bellevue Community Center, 14509 SE Newport Way
The Human Services Needs Update is published before each two-year human services funding cycle. The report provides context to better understand human services needs in Bellevue and to identify gaps in access to services such as shelter, behavioral health treatment, childcare, food, as well as services for those with disabilities and survivors of domestic violence.
