The East Main Station Area Plan, developed through the efforts of a Citizens Advisory Committee, contains strategies for redevelopment near the future light rail station located at Main Street and 112th Avenue NE. In order to realize the vision of a vibrant Transit-Oriented Development Area, the Planning Commission will consider and recommend policies and regulations for new development in the area.

The Open House will be held in Bellevue City Hall Room 1E-108 from 4 to 6 p.m. prior to the Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 pm in 1E-113.
