Public invited to comment
The City of Bellevue is now entering the third stage of the City Council Pledge process – “report the findings of the review to the community and seek feedback.” At EngagingBellevue.com, community members are invited to:
- review the draft report on Bellevue’s police use of force policy, and
- take a short survey.
The Office of Independent Review prepared the report and, following the close of community feedback, will issue a final report to councilmembers informed by the public comments received at all stages of the review.
Comments and survey responses will be accepted through Friday, Feb. 19. The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. For any input related to use of force topics beyond the survey, please email council-pledge@bellevuewa.gov.
