Community and aspiring artists invited to hear artist stories
The 2024 edition of the city’s Cultural Conversations Evening Forum will celebrate the diverse art and culture of our community. Open to everyone, "Sharing Our Art + Culture" will kick off with a panel discussion with four Bellevue artists from around the world.
Aziza Saliev, Irma Aghajanyan, Naren Briar and Raja Olimuthu will share their journeys to becoming artists in Bellevue at the event, Thursday, March 21, at City Hall, 6:30-9 p.m. Local art enthusiasts will have an opportunity to connect and celebrate Bellevue’s culture and community.
Following the panel will be a conversation mixer with live entertainment featuring performing artist Champagne Honeybee, appetizers and desserts, and space to learn about artist resources and collaboration. An exhibit featuring the panelists’ artwork will be open for viewing 4-9 p.m. on the City Hall concourse.
Registration is requested.
