Residents of South Bellevue communities annexed last year still have "new to Bellevue" questions as they transition from King County services. The city will host a community meeting July 18 at the South Bellevue Community Center, 14509 SE Newport Way, 7-8:30 p.m.
Property owners, renters, business and community leaders are invited. All South Bellevue residents are encouraged to attend, to meet their new neighbors and to learn about topics of interest.
Presentations by city staff, with time for questions and answers, will highlight the event. At resource tables, attendees can speak with department representatives, view materials and obtain more information on sidewalks, street safety and maintenance, code compliance, crime prevention, emergency preparedness, trees, neighborhood identity, pride and connection.
This event is wheelchair-accessible. For more information, please contact Neighborhood Outreach (425-452-6836) or see the event flyer.
