The Bellevue Food Truck Roundup returns downtown on Wednesday, July 12, and Wednesday, Aug. 9, 4-8 p.m. at Ashwood Park, 10895 NE 12th St.
The picnic in the park will feature nearly a dozen food trucks and free entertainment.
Vendors include: Ezell's Express (fried chicken), Buns on Wheels (burgers), El Argento (Argentine style sandwiches), The Ultimate Melt (gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches), Veg-Wich (vegetarian and vegan sandwiches), Gogi on the Go (Korean barbeque truck), Tacos La Flaca (authentic Mexican food), Chicago West (Chicago style beef sandwiches and dogs), Hot Revolution Donuts (mini donuts) and Moonies Icy Tunes (ice cream).
Recently featured on A Prairie Home Companion, Squirrel Butter will perform music influenced by Appalachian, early country, jug band and blues artists 5:30-6:30 p.m. The Anzanga Marimba Ensemble will play African music 7-8 p.m.
