Since Bellevue’s bike share system launched in summer 2018, more than 9,000 people have used it to take over 40,000 trips across the city. Whether or not you’ve taken a ride on one of those bright green, Lime e-bikes, the city wants to know what you think about the program. How can we improve the Bellevue bike share experience?
There are two ways to provide feedback:
- Online questionnaire: How have you used bike share in Bellevue? What would make it more useful to you? If you have not used it, why not? Please tell us what you think. The questionnaire is live through Nov. 15.
- Bike hub interactive map: Bike hubs are convenient places to start and end bike share trips. The city has 50 designated hubs to help reduce the number of bikes left in inappropriate locations, such as blocking walkways. Help us pick more good bike hub sites. You can also vote and comment on suggestions submitted by others.
