Police seek public's assistance in identifying suspects
On Sunday, at about 8:53 p.m., the Rite-Aid pharmacy at 3905 Factoria Square Mall in Bellevue was robbed. Three suspects entered the store and then entered the pharmacy area by reaching behind the counter and opening the door. Once in the back of the pharmacy, one of the suspects pointed what appeared to be a handgun at the pharmacy workers, assaulted an employee, and stole packages of drugs.
The suspects fled on foot towards Safeway. Bellevue Police responded within four minutes, however were unable to locate the suspects at the scene. Bellevue detectives are investigating the case.
There was another pharmacy robbery on Sept. 16 in Bellevue that may have involved the same suspects, and these suspects may also be wanted in similar cases throughout the Northwest.
Bellevue Police recovered surveillance video showing the suspects as they entered the store. The department is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the individuals involved in this robbery.
Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charge of the suspects in this case. Individuals with information may call 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) with information. Tipsters need not provide their name to receive the reward.
