The City of Bellevue is updating its Affordable Housing Strategy over the course of 2025. As part of continuing engagement for the update, the Office of Housing has created three videos that provide an overview of the basics of affordable housing in Bellevue.

Like the 2017 Affordable Housing Strategy, the 2025 one is intended to make it easier to find affordable housing in Bellevue.
Thank you to those who have engaged in the effort so far! Between January and April, hundreds of community members and organizational partners participated in events, presentations and online outreach, all focused on building awareness of the strategy in development. The results of what we heard were captured in the 2025 AHS Phase 1 Engagement report.
