To help make connections with Bellevue's young people, the Police Department launched Police Youth Camp in 2023, featuring a range of fun activities for youth 12 to 14 years old Aug. 22-24.
Due to an overwhelming response, registration closed quickly. We look forward to offering the Youth Camp again in the summer of 2024.
Police Youth Camp features three fun, action-packed days of hands-on learning, interactive demonstrations, team-building exercises and more, including:
- K-9s and police motorcycles
- Crime scene investigation
- "Distracted riding" course
- Social media safety
- Basic first aid
- Guardian One helicopter
- Prizes and games
