Conducted every two years by the city in partnership with an outside vendor, the business survey addresses Bellevue's key metrics, taxation and attitudes about starting, operating and owning a business in Bellevue.

The survey also includes general questions about safety, transportation and other areas affecting businesses in Bellevue. It is designed to give a statistically-significant view into business satisfaction. The city also conducts surveys to identify resident budget priorities and opinion of city services and performance.

The 2023 results are displayed in an interactive dashboard:

    Reports from Past Surveys:

Our business survey is completed every other year by an interdepartmental team within the City organization. Final reports are typically available by the autumn of the year in which the survey is completed.
