Our 2019 business survey opens in early summer (May - July). Please watch your email, phone, and mail for information on how to respond.
Conducted every two years by the City of Bellevue in partnership with an outside vendor, our Business Survey addresses Bellevue's key metrics, attitudes about operating and owning a business, starting a business, and questions relating to taxation.

The survey also includes general questions about safety, transportation and other areas affecting businesses in Bellevue. It is designed to give a statistically-significant view into business satisfaction.
Our business survey is completed every other year by an interdepartmental team within the City organization. Final reports are typically available by the autumn of the year in which the survey is completed.
How often is the business survey conducted?
Biennially, in odd-numbered years.

How is the survey used?
The survey is designed to give the City key insights into business satisfaction, in order to inform both short- and long-term program and service planning.

When does the next survey run?
The 2019 business survey will be live in late spring - early summer. Results will be available in fall 2019.

How can I respond to the business survey?
Businesses will be contacted directly with information on how to complete the survey. Keep an eye out for communications from the City of Bellevue or from our partner, Northwest Research Group.

What is Northwest Research Group (NWRG)?
We are partnering with NWRG, a survey research and analysis firm, to complete the 2019 business survey and associated analysis.
