Bellevue's 2025-26 budget, which includes the 2025-30 Capital Improvement Program plan, advances the Council Vision. The budget describes how the city intends to finance its services and infrastructure.

Bellevue’s budget is produced every two years. The city government is responsible for essential services, including building and repairing streets, providing police and fire protection, as well as maintaining parks, open space and recreational centers, all of which help contribute to the high quality of life Bellevue residents enjoy.

Resident input, through the Performance Measures Survey and Budget Survey, guides the development of Bellevue's budgets. In the summer and fall of 2024, people have also had the opportunity to weigh in on the proposed budget at information sessions, council meetings and public hearings.

Additionally, information regarding the 2025-26 adopted budget process is available at Public Involvement.

    Budget Documents

In keeping with Bellevue's budget cycle, City Manager Diane Carlson submitted the preliminary budget to the City Council on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024. Following council and resident feedback, the council adopted a revised version.
