• Site Plan

    A site plan submittal should be scaled and show the following:

    • Property lines
    • Street
    • Driveways or parking areas
    • Accessory buildings, carport, storage shed, etc.

    Also note on the site plan the land use of each abutting property (single-family house, apartment building, park, school, etc.).

     

    Floor Plans

    The floor plan should be scaled, include plans for all floors and show the following:

    • Delineation of all areas to be utilized for the business
    • Area calculation to demonstrate compliance with LUC 20.30N.140.A.2

    In-person Permit Center services are available Monday to Thursday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

    The Permit Center will be open on Friday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., although customers visiting City Hall may be served remotely by permitting staff.
