Site Plan
A site plan submittal should be scaled and show the following:
- Property lines
- Street
- Driveways or parking areas
- Accessory buildings, carport, storage shed, etc.
Also note on the site plan the land use of each abutting property (single-family house, apartment building, park, school, etc.).
Floor Plans
The floor plan should be scaled, include plans for all floors and show the following:
- Delineation of all areas to be utilized for the business
- Area calculation to demonstrate compliance with LUC 20.30N.140.A.2
