Safe Parking Program Safety Plan
The Safety Plan document was developed in partnership with the Bellevue Police Department and includes the following requirements:
- Screening and background check requirements for all program participants
- On-site program staff available every daily (typically 7 a.m.-10 p.m.)
- On-site security staff available daily (typically 5 p.m.-2 a.m.)
- Site hosts available on site after hours
- A 24/7 hotline monitored regularly by program support staff

The Participant Rules, Polices and Procedures document address protocols that ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
