Join the City of Bellevue for a Residential Permitting Expo to get practical guidance, helpful resources and answers to your questions about permitting, construction and more. This event will include:
- Panel discussions on ADU construction
- MyBuildingPermit.com workshops
- Opportunities to connect directly with city staff responsible for permit review, code and policy updates, code compliance, long-range planning and much more!
Whether you’re a homeowner considering a building a home or ADU, a DIY remodeler or interested in housing or other policy updates, this event will have something for everyone! This family-friendly event welcomes community members of all ages and will include fun activities for kids.

Transportation and Parking:
City Hall is well-served by public transportation, including the Downtown Bellevue light-rail station and the Bellevue Transit Center. Walking and rolling routes connect directly to the 110th Avenue NE entrance. For those driving, free visitor parking is offered on a first-come basis in the surface lot off 110th Avenue NE. Additional overflow parking is available in the P3 garage, entered from 112th Avenue NE, with direct building access from the P3 level.
