Co-Living Housing Information Session
Virtual via Zoom
The City of Bellevue is updating its land use code in response to House Bill (HB) 1998, which requires cities to allow co-living housing. Please join us for a virtual lunch and learn on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 12-1:15 p.m. to learn more about:
- General information about House Bill (HB) 1998, which requires cities to allow co-living housing
- Specific requirements in state law and how they may impact Bellevue
- The Co-Living Housing Land Use Code Amendment (LUCA) process
Following the presentation, staff will be available to answer questions. This session will focus on background information, state requirements and the LUCA process – draft code changes will be developed and shared in November. Please note, this session will be recorded and made available to the community.
