Speaker Registration

The East Bellevue Community Council values community input and looks forward to hearing from you during its next virtual public hearing.

Public hearings are an opportunity for citizens to give their views to the Council for consideration in their decision-making process. If you wish to speak at a public hearing, please fill out the form and a representative from the City will contact you with details on how to access the virtual meeting and other important information.

The deadline for registration through the webform is 5:30 p.m. the night of the meeting. There is no set time limit for public hearings. During the hearing, speakers will be called in the order in which they have registered and will be allowed to speak for up to three minutes. If previous speakers have made the same point you wish to express, simply indicate your support of the comments. If you miss the webform registration deadline, you may still have an opportunity to speak while the hearing is open.

If you are experiencing technical issues with this webform and are unable to register, please contact the East Bellevue Community Council by phone at (425) 452-6806 or by email at ebcc@bellevuewa.gov.
