The City Council is seeking candidates for a vacancy on the Human Services Commission. Interested community members can apply online. Applications are due by Friday, March 21.
The Human Services Commission advises the City Council on human services planning and funding, ensuring the city's approach reflects the diverse needs of the community. The commission meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6 p.m. and provides opportunities for public engagement.
Commissioners are appointed by the mayor with City Council approval and serve four-year terms as volunteers. Bellevue’s boards and commissions play a vital role in advising the council and holding public meetings on key city issues.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must reside in Bellevue. The City of Bellevue values diversity and encourages all interested individuals to apply.

For those who prefer a paper application, copies can be picked up at the City Clerk’s Office or Service First at City Hall, as well as the Bellevue Regional Library, the Lake Hills Library or Mini City Hall.
