Important Ticket Information
Before purchasing tickets, please note:
- No refunds or transfers are permitted once purchased.
- All seats are reserved and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Tickets purchased separately for the same date/time cannot be guaranteed to be seated together.
- Front-row seats are reserved for people with physical disabilities or mobility limitations through Monday of tech week, unless the performance sells out before that date.
- Front-row seating requests must be made by calling the Box Office BEFORE purchasing tickets. Without advance notice, seating changes may not be possible.
Sleepy Hollow

Smaller audience sizes, a designated quiet area, and a pre-show actor introduction help create a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy the show at their own comfort level.

Tickets can be purchased over the phone, in person or online. Refunds and exchanges are not available.

Seating/ADA Seating
Live audience tickets have assigned seats. All seats are assigned in the order that they come in for our live performances. Tickets purchased on separate occasions for the same show date/time may not be seated together. If you have mobility issues and need front row seating, please call the Box Office.
Receiving Tickets
All tickets purchased online will be held at the Box Office under the name of the main account holder. These are physical tickets. You will not receive an e-mail with the seat assignments. Please call if you would prefer them to be mailed.
