    To protect the health of staff and the public, the Mini City Hall office is closed. However, services are still available by telephone and email 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Schedule and Contacts 

    Crossroads Mini City Hall is a neighborhood service center extending city services and community connections to East Bellevue’s diverse population.  A fully equipped satellite office inside Crossroads Shopping Center, Mini City Hall specializes in personalized customer service, provided by a friendly staff, in 9 different languages.  We also offer phone interpretation through the Language Line (up to 150 languages).
