Sawubona Festival “I See You”
Bellevue College, Building U, Level 3, 3000 Landerholm Cir SE
Join us for the Sawubona Festival, a vibrant celebration of African Diaspora cultures. Derived from the Zulu phrase for "I see you," Sawubona emphasizes recognizing each other’s humanity and the inherent value that each presence brings to our community. Join us for a day of music, dance, and community connection.
This free, family-friendly event features high-energy live performances, local vendors, food, and activities. Whether you’re there for the drum circles, the marketplace, or the community dialogue, there is something for everyone to "see" and enjoy.
