The Out of the Darkness Walk is a celebration of community. It is a day of compassion, education, and shared commitment to preventing suicide as a way to honor those who have lost their lives and further support the friends, families, and survivors. The event will have food trucks, engaging activities, inspiring speakers, uplifting music, and more.
The Out of Darkness Walk, sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is included in the city calendar because a special event permit has been issued.
