Middle Housing Code Amendment Draft Code Information Sessions

The City will be holding three public information sessions to share key components of the draft code for middle housing regulations. Middle housing includes housing types between single family homes and midrise multifamily homes, and accessory dwelling units. The events will also provide information on how this approach aligns with recent changes to state law that requires most cities to permit these housing types more broadly in residential areas. The City will be asking for feedback from the community on the draft to be shared with the Planning Commission.
