Garden Online Symposium - Conversations with Eden

Heronswood and the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society are pleased to present our first joint symposium, Conversations with Eden. This two-day “Cocktails and Coffee” webinar will take place on Saturday afternoon, September 19 (cocktails) and Sunday morning, September 20 (coffee). You can watch this event from the comfort of your favorite easy chair!
Dan Hinkley will introduce each speaker, and there will be a question and answer session after each lecture. The all-female cast of speakers includes:
- Jamaica Kincaid, author and Harvard University professor;
- Kathryn Aalto, garden designer and author from England;
- Peggy Cornett, Curator of Plants at Monticello; and
- Victoria Johnson, Associate Professor of Urban Policy and Planning at Hunter College.
Please note that this is a two-part symposium. Once you register for the first one, you will automatically be registered for both. Registration fee includes both days. Sorry, you are not able to register for one session at a pro-rated fee.
- Cost: $60 for Bellevue Botanical Garden Society and Heronswood members; $75 for non-members.
