The City of Bellevue invites property owners along the 140th Ave NE sewer extension area to attend a community meeting regarding the latecomer agreement process for the Sewer Extension Project. A latecomer agreement is a cost-sharing mechanism that allows properties benefiting from a utility improvement to reimburse a portion of the original construction costs.
The meeting will provide an opportunity for nearby property owners to hear directly from city staff and ask questions. We encourage you to attend and participate in the discussion.
