The City of Bellevue Workforce Development Specialist can meet in-person, over the phone, and over email. The Workforce Development Specialist has office hours at Mini-City Hall every Monday from 2:30-4:30p.m. starting on May 16th. Meetings can also be scheduled for other days.

WorkSource provides a variety of employment resources free of charge including customized employment assistance, career navigation and training resources. WorkSource helps with online job search, computer access, training, workshops and hiring events. One-on-one support is also available to identify individualized training and navigation of resources.

King County Library Welcoming Center
The King County Library Welcoming Center assists immigrant, refugee or those new to the community find resources including employment and business assistance.
HopeLink
Hopelink serves homeless and low-income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities in King and Snohomish counties; providing stability and helping people gain the skills and knowledge they need to exit poverty for good.
HopeLink assists with looking for help on a variety of job and career topics. Their Job and Career Coaching program aims to create a partnership between you and your Employment Specialist to reflect on and identify the skills, knowledge, and resources you need to achieve your employment goals. They use a collaborative approach where you meet with your dedicated Employment Specialist once a week to review progress.
HERO House Northwest
The Bellevue Clubhouse, a program of HERO House NW offers Hope, Empowerment, Relationships, and Opportunities for adults recovering from mental illness such as bi-polar disorder, anxiety depression, and schizophrenia.
Integration of Knowledge and Resources for Occupational Needs (IKRON)
IKRON's vocational services are meant to assist a person’s recovery, well-being and independence. IKRON's caring and compassionate career specialists use a person-centered approach to services, taking into consideration the individuals’ preferences and interests when planning for services.
Jewish Family Services (JFS) Refugee and Immigrant Services
Comprehensive case management is provided to remove barriers to employment. Additionally, JFS helps resettled refugees who have professional degrees and experience return to their career field. Individualized case management and career guidance is coupled with coaching and support from volunteer mentors.

YWCA
For low-income adults on the Eastside, YWCA provides employment-focused case management services for the economic advancement of low-income women and men who live on the Eastside.
Employment advocates work with participants to identify strengths and address barriers, make a plan for college classes or vocational training, and access additional support services for housing, transportation, clothing, and more.
Pioneer Human Services
Pioneer Human Services offers a variety of job-readiness training programs and workshops to help formerly incarcerated people find and retain employment. Apprenticeship programs are also offered through the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC) and local community colleges.
