The City of Bellevue is excited to announce the 2025 Community Programming Fund, offering grants to support community-driven programs, events and installations in outdoor public spaces across Bellevue. This program aims to activate public spaces and strengthen community connections, with a focus on inclusive and diverse programming.

We are looking for creative and engaging programs that transform Bellevue’s public outdoor spaces into lively and welcoming destinations. Whether it’s live music, street performances, food truck rallies, cultural celebrations or community wellness activities, we want to help bring your ideas to life. This funding is available for activities taking place between June 1 and Dec. 31, 2025, with priority given to programs held from June through October.

    Program Highlights:

    • Grants of up to $15,000 for eligible programs
    • Support for small to medium-sized events, installations, and activities
    • Funding available for public spaces throughout Bellevue, with a focus on the Grand Connection corridor
    • Open to individuals, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and small businesses
