  • Removal of vegetation or changes to landscaping associated with a nonresidential, multifamily residential or other property developed under a Planned Unit Development
  • Removal of any landmark tree 24 inches or greater in diameter and at least 20 feet tall on a nonresidential, multifamily, or other property
  • Minor clearing and grading on a nonresidential, multifamily residential, or other property

  • Right of Way Use Permit
  • Only licensed contractors may remove Landmark Trees. The licensed contractor's name, address, phone number, and current and valid Washington State contractor registration number must be provided before permit issuance.

In-person Permit Center services are available Monday to Thursday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The Permit Center will be open on Friday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., although customers visiting City Hall may be served remotely by permitting staff.
