    Documents grouped under Infrastructure Planning web pages include: the Transportation Facilities Plan (TFP), a 12-year, intermediate-range plan; Capital Investment Program Plan (CIP), a seven-year plan that's updated every two years with projects that have a budget and timetable for completion; and the Transportation Improvement Program, a six-year plan that can include both CIP and TFP projects the city would like to implement, but may not yet be funded. For an even broader, longer-range picture, there is the Transportation Element of the city's Comprehensive Plan.
