A noise permit is required for the operation of sound amplification equipment or construction noise outside allowable hours (Bellevue City Code 9.18.040.0 - Noise Disturbances). (LY)

Apply for a noise permit online at MyBuildingPermit. When entering your application information, choose the following:
- Application type: Land Use
- Project type: Nonresidential, Multifamily Residential or Single Family Residential
- Activity type: Deviations, Modifications, Variances or Waivers
- Scope of work: Noise

- Amplified Sound Application
- Application requesting information for use of a Sound amplification equipment under the maximum permissible noise levels for amplified sound set forth in BCC 9.18.030
- Construction Noise Application
- Application requesting information for a Construction Noise exemption for sounds originating from construction sites beyond exempt hours as described in BCC 9.18.020.C
- Basic Site Plan
