Kelsey Creek Farm, located in the Wilburton Neighborhood, provides an ideal setting for any event with its iconic historic barns and opportunities for animal viewing. The Education Barn Farm Room and Farm House Main Room spaces offer meeting areas as well as kitchenettes, and are ideal for business meetings, retreats, classes, birthday parties, memorials and more.
Kelsey Creek’s farm animals are available for viewing year-round, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. each day.

Parking: On-site parking lot has 40 spaces, including two accessible spots (located off SE 4th Pl). There is an additional gravel parking lot with 20 spaces at the south end of the park available to renters and program participants. Both lots are shared by park visitors and program participants so carpools and shuttles are encouraged.

How far in advance can I reserve space?
Bellevue residents - 12 months in advance.
Non-residents - 11 months in advance.
Is the Facility Staff fee required for all rentals?
Facility Staff fees are required for all rentals that take place outside of business hours, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
See the Parks Facility Rental Guidelines for the City's cancellation policies. The refund policy is determined by the date we receive written confirmation of a date change or a cancellation.
Alcohol:
Alcohol is not permitted in any rental space or anywhere in the park at Kelsey Creek Farm.
Catering:
Drop-off catering (catering staff does not stay at KCF during event) does not require a permit and fee. On-site catering requires permits and fees.
Decorations:
No balloons or decorations are allowed outside the rental room. Balloons can be taken indoors but must be in groups and weighted down.
Set-up and Clean-up:
Renters are responsible for all set-up and clean-up. Both should take place during the scheduled rental time.
Weekly Rentals:
Requests for ongoing weekly rentals are accepted at Kelsey Creek Farm. Review the Facility Rental Guidelines or call Kelsey Creek Farm for payment plan and reservation policies.
