    Mini City Hall reopened on Monday July 12th for limited in-person services on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. However, services are still available by telephone and email 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. 

    Crossroads Mini City Hall is a neighborhood service center extending city services and community connections to East Bellevue’s diverse population.  A fully equipped satellite office inside Crossroads Shopping Center, Mini City Hall specializes in personalized customer service, provided by a friendly staff, in 5 different languages.  We also offer phone interpretation through the Language Line (up to 240 languages).
