    Eviction Resolution Program - Update
Based on the Governor’s proclamation issued late on Tuesday afternoon, June 29th, our agency cannot attest that our Eviction Resolution Pilot Program is operational as of July 1, 2021. We are reviewing our program and policies with all deliberate speed and working closely with our partners in order to ensure the eviction resolution pilot program is operational under SB 5160 and the proclamation.

If you are faced with a conflict and need some help with it, the Bellevue Conflict Resolution Center may be able to help you. Many people who work or live in Bellevue call us to help them resolve their conflicts through free and confidential services.

Due to COVID-19, staff and volunteers are teleworking. While we monitor our voicemail and email closely, it is likely that you will need to leave a message and wait to be contacted. We still very much want to hear from you, and we thank you for your patience in this difficult time.

The Bellevue Conflict Resolution Center is a dispute resolution center formed under Chapter 7.75 of the Revised Code of Washington.
