The future health of Bellevue’s environment will be determined by all of us! Our programs reach youth, families, adults, local businesses, and community-based organizations to educate the Bellevue community about our natural resources.
Playgrounds, sports courts and outdoor skate parks have reopened. Please enjoy the playgrounds and wash hands frequently.
Parks, trails and beaches remain open for walking and activities that don't require close proximity. The Bellevue Golf Course, Crossroads Par 3 Golf Course, outdoor tennis courts, playgrounds, sports courts, outdoor skate parks and ballfields are open.
Community Centers, Recreation Facilities and Visitor Centers have re-opened. Visit our community centers' individual web pages for updated schedules of operations and programming information. To learn about upcoming recreation programs, including registration opportunities, subscribe to our e-newsletter. Several of our facilities are offering virtual Bellevue At Home programs.
Kids can earn a Junior Ranger Badge!
Are you looking for a fun and engaging way to inspire your children to connect with nature? Stop by the Mercer Slough Environmental Education Center, Lake Hills Greenbelt Ranger Station, or Lewis Creek Park Visitor Center to pick up our Junior Ranger booklet, or view the booklet online. There are more than 15 activities you and your child can do together to explore and learn about Bellevue's natural areas. Once you have completed the activities, return the booklet to any of the three locations and receive your very own Junior Ranger Badge.
