SBCC provides a wide variety of recreation programs, classes and activities that encourage individuals and families of all ages to focus on health and wellness. Our activities are fun and provide opportunities to meet new people, learn new skills and stay active. All Ages
Family Drop-In Sports
Family drop-in activities are an opportunity for families with children under the age of 18 to play together. At least one parent/guardian/caregiver of the same household must be participating on the court with children at all times. No drop-offs or team practices are allowed.
- Fees: FREE

- Family Basketball: Saturdays 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
- Family Badminton: Sundays 8 a.m.-10 a.m.
- Family Pickleball: Sundays 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
SBCC Day Camps
The South Bellevue Community Center offers summer, holiday, and schools-out day camp programs. Come check out the Day Camps we offer, and register online for Summer 2026 (registration begins March 30 at 12 p.m.).

Ages: 0-5
Indoor Play
Come enjoy some indoor gym play with toys, bounce houses, mats and other fun activities for children ages 5 and under. Parents/caregivers must supervise their own children and be present at all times.

- No Indoor Play during Bellevue School District holidays or scheduled breaks.
Music Together
10-week daytime and evening classes now available!
This is the foundational Music Together class, one that a child can attend from birth to age five through the exploration of 12 song collections. This class is designed for parent/guardian/caretaker participation with child. An additional $50 materials fee will be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class.

Preschool Dance Classes
In collaboration with CITY OPERA BALLET, SBCC offers a variety of dance courses for preschool aged youth. Students will gain coordination, confidence, and social skills as they learn dancing basics. New courses begin every three months during the academic year and end in a fun recital to showcase student progress for family and friends. Students of all genders welcomed!

Ages: 5-18
Intro to Robotics
Students will build unique robots using motors, gears, axles, and microcontrollers. Students will also learn to code, making their creations come alive by adding sensors to make them "smart". It's an exciting introduction to robotics, engineering and programming. This program is a great mixture of creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Indoor Climbing Wall
SBCC’s Indoor Climbing Wall is 33 feet tall and sculpted to look and feel like Index granite. We offer a variety of programs for all skills levels including classes, staffed belay sessions, youth camps and rentals for birthday parties, team-building and other celebration events.
Pre-Registration is required.

Boys & Girl’s Club Bellevue
The South Bellevue Community Center operates in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue. Check out their website for more information about athletics, before and after school programs, and summer camps!

Drama Kids Youth Theater
Drama Kids at SBCC is a NEW 10-week youth theater program. Students at our kids’ theater classes learn speech, improvisation, dramatic movement, scene starters, snippets, and an additional variety of dramatic arts activities. This class is not only highly enjoyable for the students; they also help develop social skills, confidence, and speaking abilities. The unique knowledge and skills kids pick up at Drama kids can create lasting friendships as well as educational benefits.
