Development Services is offering virtual permit center meetings to allow customers to schedule one-on-one online time with staff to receive assistance with general permitting questions. Customers can schedule virtual permit center meetings with permit technicians and plan reviewers to get answers to general permit questions.

Permit Technicians can answer questions about what information and documents are required for a permit application and the types of permits required by the city.
Code Compliance
Code Compliance Officers can answer questions regarding City of Bellevue Codes and the reporting of code violations. Typical violations are building without a permit, unauthorized tree cutting, recreational vehicles parked in driveways, nuisance properties, graffiti, home occupation violations, land use violations, and any other violations of city or land use codes.
