A proposed minor addition, site modification, activity or improvement to a building or site with prior Land Use permit approval where the proposal is exempt from a new Land Use permit and approval amendment. (LJ)

Apply for this permit online at MyBuildingPermit. When entering your Application Information, choose the following:

  1. Application type: Land Use
  2. Project type: Nonresidential or Multifamily Residential
  3. Activity type: Amendments or Modifications to Previous Land Use Approval
  4. Scope of work: Land Use Approval Minor Modification

Required Documents

The documents listed below are the minimum necessary to proceed with the application process. If you believe that a required submittal document does not apply to your project, please upload the Document Waiver Form in place of the required document.

    • Your application for a Land Use Exemption should include responses to all applicable decision criteria for the Land Use Exemption request you are seeking.  Decision criteria can be found under the applicable permit type.  Please be sure to respond to the correct decision criteria applicable to your project. The following permit types have applicable Land Use Exemption criteria:
