    The log cabin setting and beautiful interior make any occasion special. Highland Center is ideal for social gatherings such as weddings, receptions, anniversaries, birthday parties, memorials and celebrations of life.

    The building is close to the BelRed business corridor, making your next business meeting, retreat or seminar a breeze. Rooms can be rented individually during the week, and our rental packages are available for Saturday and Sunday use.

    Whether you are planning a small family gathering or a large event, Highland Community Center can likely meet your needs. The first step in reserving the facility is to review our rental policies & procedures and general information outlined in the below guidelines and documents.

    Reserve Highland Community Center

    Please call the community center to make sure your desired date and time are available. If we are able to accommodate your request, please submit the Facility Use Request Form and the Highland Community Center Supplemental Form.

    Please note: Your request is not considered "confirmed" until forms have been submitted and payment for half of the rental fees have been received.

    • Call the Center (425-452-7686) to start the reservation process.
    • Reservations may be made a minimum of one month or maximum of 11 months prior to desired rental date. Bellevue residents may make reservations 12 months prior to rental date.
    • Reservations will be accepted by written application only.
    • Rental date is not confirmed until a written rental application has been filled out, along with a payment of half of your rental fees.

    Multi-Purpose Room - capacity 150

    Highland Center's Multi-Purpose Room

    The log cabin setting and beautiful interior of this spacious, vaulted ceiling room makes any occasion special. This room is adjacent to the full-service kitchen and features a suspended wood floor, high ceiling, varnished log posts and a stage. It is ideal for social gatherings such as weddings, receptions, anniversary and birthday parties and memorials.
    • Available equipment: Over 200 chairs, twenty (six-foot) rectangular tables, a podium and a mounted projector screen. Free wifi is available. No audio or visual equipment provided.
    • Fee: $90/hour
    • Weekend Package 2: $170/hour
      Includes Multi-Purpose Room, Fireside Room and Kitchen
    • Weekend Package 1: $120/hour
      Includes Multi-Purpose Room and Kitchen
    • A four-hour minimum applies to all weekend/holiday rentals. Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.
    • A 30% discount is available for non-profit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.

    Fireside Room - capacity 40

     

    Highland Center's Fireside Room

    This charming space has a capacity of up to 40 people. Just off the center's kitchen, the Fireside Room is equipped with comfortable sofas and a beautiful faux fireplace. It can easily be arranged to suit rental group needs.
    • Fee: $55/hour.
    • Weekend Package 2: $170/hour.
      Includes Multi-Purpose Room, Fireside Room and Kitchen.
    • A four-hour minimum applies to all weekend/holiday rentals. Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.
    • A 30% discount is available for nonprofit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.

    Art Room - capacity 40

    This versatile room enjoys a considerable amount of natural light. It is set up classroom style, but can be arranged to fit your needs. This room is adjacent to restrooms.
    • Available Equipment: Ten (six-foot) tables, 40 chairs, two whiteboards, a microwave and sink.
    • Fee: $55/hour.
    • A four-hour minimum applies to all weekend/holiday rentals. Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.
    • A 30% discount is available for nonprofit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.

    Resource Room - capacity 25

    This intimate room can easily be set up theater style or classroom style, depending on the user group's needs.

    • Available Equipment: four (6-foot) rectangular tables, 25 chairs, one whiteboard and hearing loop.
    • Fee: $35/hour.
    • A four-hour minimum applies to all weekend/holiday rentals. Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.
    • A 30% discount is available for nonprofit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.

    Kitchen

     

    Highland Center's Kitchen

    The full commercial kitchen features a ten-burner stove, double oven and a large refrigerator.
    • Fee: $35/hour.
    • Weekend Package 2: $170/hour.
      Includes Multi-Purpose Room, Fireside Room and Kitchen.
    • Weekend Package 1: $120/hour.
      Includes Multi-Purpose Room and Kitchen.
    • A four-hour minimum applies to all weekend/holiday rentals. Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.
    • A 30% discount is available for nonprofit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.

    Gymnasium - capacity 100

    Highland Community Center's Gym

    The gym offers a full basketball court with side seating for spectators. It can be easily set up for a variety of sports, such as badminton, indoor soccer, volleyball, catchball and kendo.
    • Fee: $70/hour.
    • A four-hour minimum applies to all weekend/holiday rentals. Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.
    • A 30% discount is available for nonprofit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.
    • Please note: only water is allowed in gymnasium; no other food or beverages allowed.
